Go away, stop, stop the train, these were the words Madad Ali Jamali, the railway gatekeeper in Nawabshah, was shouting on the track.


On Friday, a truck full of sand overturned on the track at Talpur Phatak of Nawabshah, Madad Ali ran towards the train with a red flag without caring for his life to stop Shalimar Express from Karachi to Lahore on the track, Madad Ali 5 Running on the track for minutes so that the driver could speed up the train, people kept stopping him but he kept running.


 Seeing Madad Ali running, the driver reduced the speed of the train and the train was saved from a major accident.


Talking to Geo News representative Anwar Sheikh, Madad Ali said that the work that earns his livelihood, feeds the children, he had to perform this work as a duty, even at the cost of his life, he had to save the precious lives on board the train.
