According to the website Pinkvilla, Amitabh Bachchan has answered all those who keep asking him why he continues to act in films at the age of 81.

Amitabh Bachchan answered this in his blog. Amitabh Bachchan writes that 'It's another job opportunity for me, what else could be the reason.'

He added, "You are free to judge my words for yourself and I am free to act."

The 81-year-old legend further wrote that 'You asked, I listened, I told my reason for working, whatever reason is mine.'

It should be noted that Amitabh Bachchan was last seen on the big screen in the movie 'Kalki 2898'.

Apart from Amitabh Bachchan, the main cast of this film includes Deepika Padukone and Prabhas.

On the other hand, Big B will see his fans in the South Indian film 'Wetine'.

Rajinikanth will star alongside Amitabh Bachchan in this film.

The film, which will be released on October 10 this year, will be the first Tamil film of Amitabh Bachchan's career.
